To Login to Nsfas or MyNsfas, follow these instructions given in order to successfully finish this process.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Nsfas by going to www.nsfas.org.za and choosing the option MyNsfas account, then the next part is to make sure you have the right details.
Step 2: The next is to Enter your username and password in the allocated spaces provided. Make sure that there are no mistakes or misspellings in your details. If the information is not right you wont be able to access your portal. Note that when asked for your username, enter the email address you used when registering. Then sign into your account.
Step 3: Once you are signed into your account, select your “My personal details” tab thus if you realize that there are information in that section you no longer use. You can make changes or Updates to information such as your cellphone number and even change your email address if you no longer use the email you used when you were registering.
Finally Choose the “Update your details” text on the page to effect the changes you have just made.
If you made changes to your details then a One Time Pin (OTP) will most likely be sent to your new number or the new email address you changed to in order for you to complete the verification process.
Finally once you reenter your OTP and submit it you will have full access to your account.
Have you forgotten your Password or Username to your MyNsfas account?
Important Notice for those who have forgotten their MyNsfas login credentials:
Step 1: For those of you already with a Nsfas account but for some reason cant remember or find your login passwords then follow these instructions below.
Step 2: Visit the official website of Nsfas by going to www.nsfas.org.za and choosing the option MyNsfas account.
Step 3: To reset your password, simply select the forgotten password option as provided in the tab. You will be asked to enter your ID number. Once you have done this, you will be asked to select whether you have forgotten your username or password. Once you have selected your option submit the option you have provided. Shortly after you will receive an OTP via email or SMS. A new window will appear on your device that will require you to enter your OTP in order to finish the process. Once you receive the OTP enter it and submit the form online. Once you have completed this process your new password or username which is your email address will be changed immediately and the new details will become effective.
For those who have forgotten their MyNsfas login credentials or do not have access to the email address that was used in the registration of that account are required to submit a certified affidavit requesting your email adress and your phone number be updated from the old to the new details in order for you to be able to access your account on [email protected]
Kindly note that there are times the website may not be available, if you ever encounter such an issue then wait for at least 6 hours and retry this process again.
